Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

2 Lbs ground chuck (hamburger)
2 T Tender Quick
1/4 tsp salt
1 T liquid smoke
1/8 tsp garlick salt
1 T mustard seed
1/4 C water
 
Mix well.  Form into two rolls and roll up in foil.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Poke holes in foil and place in baking pan.  Bake at 350° for one hour.
