Fried Dill Pickles

Sliced dill pickles

Salt and pepper

1 egg

8 oz milk

1 T Worcestershire

5-6 drops Tabasco©

2 C flour

1 tsp flour

Mix beaten egg with milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco©, 1 tablespoon flour, salt and pepper.

Dip pick in egg wash, then into flour, then egg wash and back into flour, then into deep fat fryer until golden brown.
