Fruit & Lettuce Salad

Place mixed greens or leaf lettuce on individual plates. Put on top, half of a fresh or canned pear. In the center of the pear drop a dollop of mayo or salad dressing. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika or for a different look drizzle with raspberry vinegrette dressing. You can also make with pineapple. Make an hour or 2 ahead and store in frig until serving.
