Cheesey Broccoli Rice

Saute 1 c. chopped celery, one c. chopped onion and 1 c. sliced mushrooms in 1/4 c. margarine in large pan on stove. Add one jar of cheese whiz, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, one package chopped frozen broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 c.s milk and heat just until warm. Add two c.s of minute rice, stir and pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown on top. Serve hot. Diced chicken can be added for a full meal if you wish.
