Apricot Stuffing

Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

¼ C butter

¼ C onions, chopped

1 C apple, chopped

1 C dried apricot, chopped

3 C bread cubes

½ tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

½ C chicken broth

Melt butter in skillet. Add onions. Cook until tender. Remove from stove. Add apple, apricots, bread cubes, salt, pepper and broth. Mix all together and stuff the bird. Bake turkey as usual.
