Pumpkin Walnut Bread

3 1/2 c. sifted flour

2 tsp. soda

1 1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

2 c. sugar

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

1 c. vegetable oil

2/3 c. water

2 large eggs

2 c. raisin

1 c. chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350°. Grease & flour loaf pans.

Sift together dry ingredients (except sugar) Set aside. In large bowl combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water, & eggs. Gradually add flour micture, mix well, stir in raisins & walnuts. Pour into loaf pans Bake 35-40 Min. for small loaves and about 1 hour for large loaves or until toothpick comes out clean.
