Italian Beef Parmesan

2 lb steak, pound until thin, cut in pieces
¾ C grated Parmesan cheese, dry
1 C fine bread crumbs, dry
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 egg beaten
1 ½ TBSP milk
1/3 C olive oil or vegetable oil
20 oz spaghetti sauce
1 medium onion, chopped, cooked
8 oz Mozzarella cheese
Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and garlic powder. Combine beaten egg and milk. Dip pieces of steak in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture. Brown in hot oil. Transfer to 13 x 9 x 2” baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and chopped, cooked onion. Cover and bake at 350, 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
