Ham Loaf

Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

2 lbs ground ham

1½ lbs ground beef, uncooked

½ lb ground pork or unseasoned sausage

1 C graham cracker crumbs

1 C soda cracker crumbs

2 eggs

1½ C milk

Mix well and shape into loaf size.

Sauce:

1 can tomato soup

½ C vinegar

1 T dry mustard

2 C brown sugar

Mix and pour over loaf in roaster pan. Bake covered at 350° for 1½ hours: uncover and bake for 30 minutes more. Baste with sauce in bottom of pan.
