Chicken Pizza
Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
4 slices bacon – crumbled
1 sm can mushrooms
1 med tomato, chopped
1 sm can black olives, chopped
2 handfuls chopped spinach
½ sm onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1tsp Italian seasoning
½ jar alfredo sauce
½ bag mozzeralla cheese
½ bag pizza blend cheese
12” pizza crust
Mix sauce and seasoning, spread on crust. Put toppings on, adding cheese last. Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes. Note: Can omit some topping if you wish. I have used a little frozen spinach instead of fresh and 12 oz can of chicken instead of chicken breast.
