Beef Taco Bake
Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

1 lb ground beef
10¾ oz can tomato soup
1 C thick & chunky salsa
½ C milk
6 flour tortillas, cut into 1” pieces
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
In skillet, over medium heat, cook beef until browned. Pour off grease. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half of the cheese. Spoon into a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Serves 4.
