Lite Pudding

1 stick margarine
1 c water
1 c flour
4 eggs
Large box instant pudding, prepare per box
direction for instant puddings using milk
Melt margarine with water until margarine is melted. Remove from stove, add flour. Mix until it forms into a ball. Add eggs 1 at a time.
Spray & prepare 9×13 pan with spray oil. Spread mixture on bottom of pan. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. This will rise & bubble unevenly. Let it cool completely. Then prepare you instant pudding with milk recipe on pudding box. May use any flavor you wish or mix with 1 box chocolate & let this set & add 1 box of French Vanilla. Garnish with whipped topping and chopped nuts.
