Frozen Pumpkin Parfait Squares

Mix:
1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. melted butter
Press into bottom of 9” square pan
Combine:
1 ½ c. pumpkin
½ c. brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
Fold into: 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream. Pour into crumb-lined pan. Cover & freeze until firm. Cut into squares. Topped with whipped cream & pecans.
