36 vanillas wafers

3 pkg. cream cheese

¾ c. sugar

3 Tbsp flour

3 eggs

1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Jam or preserves

Place baking cup in muffin tin. Place 1 vanilla wafer in cup. Mix cream cheese, sugar & flour until creamy. Add eggs & vanilla, spoon into cups.

Top with ½ to 1 Tbsp preserves. Bake at 350° for 15-17 min. or until set but not brown. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate.
