Norwegian Sugar Cookie
Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

Mix together:
1 C powdered sugar
1 C white sugar
1 C oil
1 C oleo
Stir in:
2 eggs
Add:
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
4 tsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
Refrigerate overnight, covered. Grease cookie sheets. Heat over to 350°. Roll dough into balls, put on cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a drinking glass in sugar and press each ball until flattened. Bake until brown around edges. Frost when cool.
