Key Lime Pie

8-9” baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
½ C real lime juice
Green food coloring
Whipped cream
Preheat oven to 325°. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring. Pour into prepared shell/crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
