Gwen’s Baked Chicken Wings

20-25 wings

1 tsp dry mustard

1 C soy sauce

1 C brown sugar

½ C butter

¾ C water

Combine ingredients and heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Pour over wings. Marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Bake at 350° for 1½ to 2 hours. Turn and baste 3-4 times. Serve hot or cold.
