Pumpkin Cookie Dip
Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 – 7 oz jars marshmallow cream
15 oz can pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
Dippers: Vanilla wafers, ginger snaps, sliced pears, apples or orange sections.
In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, beat in marshmallow cream until smooth. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and orange peel. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Stir before serving. Makes 4 cups.
