Irish Creme

3 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
10 oz non-dairy creamer (sometimes gets too stiff and you can substitute canned milk)
1 1/2 half cups cheap bourbon
3 TBSP Hershey chocolate
1/8 tsp coconut extract (no more)
Blend for no more than 2 minutes. Keep in frig
