Holiday Recipe Guide 2009

2 C water

4 tea bags, black tea

2 C milk

2 T honey

½ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground nutmeg

Heat water to boiling; add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. Pour mixture into cup. 1 serving.
