<p><em><strong>2011 Holiday Recipe Guide</strong></em><br />
1 can cream corn<br />
1 can whole corn, undrained<br />
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix<br />
1 stick margarine<br />
1 small bell pepper, chopped<br />
1 small onion, finely chopped<br />
2 eggs, beaten<br />
1 pint sour cream<br />
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese<br />
Preheat oven to 350°. Saute pepper and onion in margarine until soft. Mix corns, muffin mixes, pepper, onion and eggs in 2-qt casserole dish. Dollop sour cream in spoonsfulls over the mixture &#8211; do not stir into mix. Bake 35-40 minutes or until firm. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.</p>

<p><em><strong>2011 Holiday Recipe Guide</strong></em><br />
3 lbs onions, sliced<br />
2 T butter<br />
3 T all-purpose flour<br />
1 C milk<br />
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded<br />
1 dash paprika<br />
Preheat over to 350°.  Lightly grease one 3 quart casserole dish. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil.  Sit in onions; cook until tender but still firm.  Drain. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  Stir in the flour and continue stirring until golden brown. Pour in the milk and allow the mixture to thicken.  Mix in the cheese, allowing it to melt. Arrange onions in casserole dish and cover with cheese mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbling around edges.</p>

4 C sweet potato, cubed <br />
½ C white sugar <br />
2 eggs, beaten <br />
½ tsp sale <br />
4 tsp butter, softened <br />
½ C milk <br />
½ tsp vanilla extract <br />
½ C packed brown sugar<br />
1/3 C all-purpose flour<br />
3 T butter, softened<br />
½ C chopped pecans<br />
Preheat oven to 325°.  Put sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover.  Cook over medium heat until tende; drain and mash. In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk and vanilla extract.  Mix until smooth.  Transfer to a 9&#215;13” baking dish. In medium bowl, mix the brown sugar and flour.  Cut in the butter until the mixture is coarse. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potato mixture. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until the topping is lightly brown.</p>

<p>Spread cherry pie filling, butter, salt and brown sugar over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350º for35-40 minutes, until potatoes are done. When potatoes are done, place marshmallows on top and place in oven for a few minutes until the marshmallows are slightly brown. Watch carefully.</p>

<p>Combine sweet potatoes, butter, orange juice and salt; whip in 1 cup marshmallows. Place in 1½ quart casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.</p>
